The following booths are available: Inside: 10' x 10', 10' x 8', 8' x 10'; Outside: 7' x 10' All booths come with back and side drapes, one (1) 6 ft. draped table, two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket and one (1) pre-printed booth sign. Additional tables are provided at additional cost to the exhibitor - see below. A total of 86 booths will be allocated. Booth availability is based on first come, first served.

Who is eligible to exhibit

The Green Living & Energy Education Expo seeks to present information, resources, services and products that promote healthier, more ecologically sound lifestyles, as well as educate attendees about the environmental impacts of widespread consumer actions and choices.

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT

By checking the check-box on the request form I release the Green Living & Energy Education, Inc and its employees or agents from any liability for negligent acts or omissions for the duration of the event. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards of participating in this event and elect voluntarily to engage in such activity. I assume liability for the soundness and safety of any product I sell and indemnify the Green Living & Energy Education, Inc. I voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury, including death that may be sustained by me or my property in connection with this Expo. I agree that Green Living & Energy Education, Inc. may have unlimited use of any photographic medium that contains my likeness or image in any publication for publicity or commercial purposes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

EXHIBITOR ELIGIBILITY

The organizers of the Green Living & Energy Education Expo reserve the right to determine the eligibility of each applicant to exhibit at Expo. The right may be exercised up to ten (10) business days after GLEE receives completed exhibitor booth request form. If your booth request is not accepted, any monies paid to Green Living & Energy Education Expo will be fully refunded. The Green Living & Energy Education Expo seeks to present information, resources, services and products that promote healthier, more ecologically sound lifestyles, as well as educate attendees about the environmental impacts of widespread consumer actions and choices. Completing the form does not guarantee participation but is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be received in writing thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event to receive a refund. A $40 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations submitted after the 30-day deadline will receive no refund.

Please note this is a rain or shine event. No refunds are given due to rain.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT

Exhibitor information packets are sent approximately two (2) weeks prior to the event and will contain booth assignments, directions to the event, set up instructions, exhibitor guidelines, etc.
